Upcoming Scheduling Requests

Respond to Requests

Welcome to Kingsley Church of Christ

SYG Donations

Care Groups

We are looking for people to volunteer to be a point of contact for pastoral care for people in their local area. This may look like following up with someone who has been absent from church for a few weeks, following up with people who have been unwell, helping out someone who needs a hand or just being a listening ear.

We are already doing this informally within the church family - that's what a church does! But while Mike is on leave in January & February we want to have a bit more structure to help people to do it well.

How it will work:

We would love to have someone in every neighbourhood who has a heart to reach out and care for members of their church family who live close by.  Colin Zis or another of the Elders can then make contact as they become aware of needs and opportunities to do just that.  Being on the team does not mean being on call all the time or for every type of need.  It simply means you're open to being asked and you'd love to help if able to.

If you would like to be involved, click here to register your interest.

Please use the care card link or fill out a connect card & leave it in the offering box to update prayer requests or ask for pastoral care.

Kingsley's Response to the Pandemic

Click here to view Kingsley Church of Christ's COVID-19 Safety Plan (last updated 21 February 2022).

Please be advised that face masks are mandatory when coming into the church building at this time (unless a face mask exemption applies.)

As we seek to share and declare the love of God at this time we are:

  • gathering together on Sunday's at our 9:30am & 6pm services to share communion, teaching & fellowship.
  • continuing to share news & teaching through online church for those not able to make it to our Sunday Services.
  • recruiting volunteers for new ministry opportunities such as delivering emergency supplies, praying with people online and visiting one or two people on a regular basis.
  • encouraging online gatherings to keep people connected in a safe way.  Register here to join an online small group.
  • connecting people together through our facebook page and facebook group.
  • improving our ability to live stream so the community can access the facility for key life events.
  • having our building open at key times of the week for people to come in for connection and prayer.
